In partnership with the Mountain Lakes Educational Foundation
, the Mountain Lakes School District is sponsoring a series of workshops geared for parents and students. Our inaugural program began on November 29th with an “Online Reputation” discussion moderated by MLHS students. A “Lunch & Learn” followed for our kindergarten and pre-K families. Another highlight was our BC Fitness workout in January, just in time for our New Years' resolutions. In March we had a successful Literacy Cafe with children’s author Ms. Arlene Sullivan and Wildwood Principal Mrs. Beth Azar. Also in March, there was a special evening focused on the struggles of teenage girls that was be moderated by Dr. Mucci and Dr. Moore. In April we we celebrated a community-wide read and talk on "This I Believe," moderated by Mr. Paul Henry & select MLHS English teachers!
