Listed below is the information required in order to register a student at Mountain Lakes High School. Please read through the Preliminary Information to determine your son's/daughter's eligibility to attend Mountain Lakes High School. If you meet these eligibility requirements, the next step would be to complete the forms below (District Registration Form, Internet Contract, Records Request) and submit to Linda Stalter in the Guidance Office along with a copy of your child's birth certificate and/or passport and three documents indicating proof of residency. Once this information is received and verified, an appointment will be set up for the student to meet with a counselor to schedule courses. Additional medical forms will need to be completed prior to the child starting school. These forms will be given to parent at the scheduling appointment.
